A GAME OF STRATEGY

OBJECT: to hatch 3 chicks.

Deal 4 cards to each player, and stack the remaining cards to form a draw pile.

On your turn, you may either lay an egg (with the “cockerel”, “hen” and “nest” cards), steal an egg from an opponent (by placing a fox in front of her egg), or hatch one of your eggs (with 2 “hen” cards).

In each case, the cards you play add to the discard pile. You win the game by being the first player to have 3 hatched chicks in front of you.

A very simple mechanism for an addictive game!
